Small on purpose.
Pure Primary Wellness & Aesthetics opened in 2023: private membership primary care and medical aesthetics under one roof, with the same physician from the first question to the follow-up.

Elizabeth Anderson, MD
Twenty years in other people's clinics first: gynecology, orthopedics, pain management, mental health, aesthetics, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and neurology, with a focus on stroke and sleep medicine. A decade of that was orthopedics and rehabilitation.
She opened Pure Primary Wellness and Aesthetics in 2023 to practice the way she had always wanted to: compassionate listening, collaboration, and patients taking an active part in their own care, rather than a schedule deciding how long an appointment is allowed to be.
A proud mother and a fitness advocate. The clinic is small, and that is the point rather than a stage it is trying to grow out of.
The people you will meet.
Five of us. You will know everyone by name by the second visit.

Maddie was born and raised in Waxhaw, NC, holds a degree in communications and marketing from Catawba College, and played four years of collegiate soccer. She is a licensed esthetician through Paul Mitchell The School Charleston, with advanced certifications in microneedling, laser and RF microneedling, and assists Liz with aesthetic treatments.

You can just ask.
Most people put off calling a doctor because they think it commits them to something. Here, it does not.
